Privacy policy
This policy explains how the TIFF to PDF converter treats files, analytics, and contact information. The goal is to keep sensitive TIFF documents under your control.
Local processing first
The converter runs in your browser with WebAssembly ImageMagick. TIFF pages remain on your device unless you explicitly opt into a support session. Temporary conversion data is kept in memory and cleared when you leave or refresh the page.
When you choose to download a finished PDF, the file is generated locally and saved through your browser. No server copy is retained.
Analytics and logging
Basic event telemetry is collected to monitor feature reliability—such as successful conversions, time-to-download, and browser errors. IP addresses are truncated and events are aggregated to avoid profiling individual users.
No advertising or retargeting pixels run in the default configuration. If we introduce optional analytics, this page will be updated with the data collected and a control to disable tracking.
Contacting support
If you e-mail support@tiff-to-pdf.com, the message is routed through a secure ticketing inbox. Tickets older than 90 days are automatically purged unless they relate to billing or legal requests.
We never request TIFF uploads over e-mail. When troubleshooting requires samples, we will supply a secure upload link with a time-bound expiration.
Policy updates
We revise the privacy policy when adding new features or integrations. Significant changes include in-app notices. The “Last updated” timestamp above reflects the latest revision.
