Tips for cleaner .tif conversions
You can add .tif and .tiff files in the same queue. Renaming the extension does not change compression or repair a damaged file. If decoding fails, re-save the image as a standard TIFF with LZW or ZIP compression in a desktop image editor.
A fax or scanner file may contain several pages. Keep merging enabled to collect them in one PDF, or disable it for one PDF per source file. The converter produces image-based PDFs and does not recognize text with OCR.
For the complete workflow, read how to convert TIFF to PDF. For a scanned document with many pages, see the multi-page TIFF guide.
Use the rotate control when older scanners stored pages sideways to avoid post-processing.

Can I batch convert multiple .tif files at once?
Absolutely. Add as many files as you need, reorder them, and export a merged PDF or individual documents.
Does the converter change my color profile?
By default we preserve your color data. Choose the PNG image encoding option for lossless output when color accuracy matters.
